1. Booking Agreement
By submitting a booking request or completing a reservation with Hello Venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
2. Payment and Deposits
Full payment is due at time of booking / 48 hours before your session.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
4. Studio Use and House Rules

The studio is booked for private use only during your reserved time slot; please arrive and depart within your scheduled window, as each additional half-hour is billed at the applicable rate.

No smoking, open flames, glitter, or confetti without prior approval, as certain materials require additional cleaning fees.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings; Hello Venue is not liable for lost or stolen items.

Any damage to studio property, decor, or equipment during your booking is the renter’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
5. Liability Waiver
By using the studio, you (the renter), on behalf of yourself and your guests, release and hold harmless Hello Venue, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from use of the space, except where caused by our gross negligence. Use of the studio and any equipment is at your own risk.
6. Photography and Image Use
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, Hello Venue may photograph sessions or events held at the studio and use resulting images for marketing purposes (website, social media, portfolio). If you prefer your session not be used this way, let us know before your booking date.
7. Guest Count and Capacity
Bookings are based on the guest count provided at reservation. Exceeding the agreed guest count without prior approval may result in additional per-guest fees or refusal of entry for guests beyond capacity.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
