Yes, and it's free. The building offers more than 60 on-site parking spaces during operating hours. There's also public parking at Old Town Plaza (2-minute walk), on-street parking on University Drive, and free parking at the City of Fairfax Regional Library nearby.

Hello Venue can accommodate up to 30 guests.
For space-only rentals, yes—you're welcome to bring your own decorations and style the venue yourself. For custom packages, our team handles the setup, décor, and cleanup, but we're happy to discuss custom requests and outside vendors.
Yes. Popular add-ons include a themed balloon arch, styled table settings, catering, a professional photographer, face painting, a princess or superhero appearance, and treat stations like snow-cone, cotton candy, or popcorn machines.

Popular dates, especially weekends, fill up quickly - we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, though we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when the calendar allows.
