Hi, I’m Laura, the founder of Hello Venue.

After years of planning, decorating, and hosting celebrations for families and businesses throughout Northern Virginia, I saw how overwhelming event planning could become. I wanted to create a welcoming place where clients could bring their ideas to life without the stress of managing every little detail.

That vision became Hello Venue – a thoughtfully designed space where people can gather, connect, and create meaningful memories.

Every event is different, so we offer flexible options to match your vision. Choose a space-only rental and decorate the venue yourself, or select a hosted package and allow our team to manage the décor, setup, activities, and cleanup.

From custom backdrops and themed decorations to creative children’s activities and thoughtfully arranged celebrations, we take pride in making every event feel personal.
